Here happens to be in college at 44 years old. That's right kids it was not by choice but by force. When the factory you are working at closes up shop and ships overseas, you can either find another job (good luck) or go to school. So here I am going to school. I fall under the TAA act, which means my school tuition, books, and gas, are paid for. I also receive a small pitance in unemployment. So that's "here" right now. More to come later. I need some chocolate!

Sorry Nance no chocolate, Coach bags or anything else. Been there done that and I am still a poor girl just like you...LOL Hope school is going well, I am jealous. I wish I would have been allowed to finish and at least get my associates degree. I am still pissed about not being allowed to finish when everyone else is still going. Talk about things not being "fair " in life!!

ReplyDeleteWhy were you not allowed to finish? That's totally unfair! If it makes you feel any better my washing machine and comforter had a serious fight and the comforter lost. Machine washable my ass!
